we introduced training in SCRUM
We have introduced SCRUM training that physically presents the roles of two speakers - Scrum Master and Product Owner - during the training, based on experience and imparting knowledge directly from it. The result of such cooperation during the training is to present exactly the two key roles in Scrum, rather than just showing how the Framework works, or what events or roles it is limited to. Such training gives a full depiction of the correct symbiosis of the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master. In the case of expanding knowledge, the people participating in the training are selected as part of the developer team, which gives the participants practical value.
