In the event that we receive such a message from you, we may collect and process the personal data you voluntarily provide to it, such as your name, email address or telephone number. In addition, by means of so-called „cookies” we automatically collect data about each of your visits to our website, in particular your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data is the owner of the KindMind brand, 22A/20 Bukowińska Street, 02-703 Warsaw, with whom you can also contact directly in matters related to the protection of your personal data and the exercise of your rights in this regard.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Depending on the level of your activity on kindmind.pro, the Administrator processes your personal data for one, some or all of the following purposes:

responding to your messages and continuing the exchange of correspondence initiated by them;

Can your personal data be transferred abroad?

What will be the consequences of not providing data?

Do we use profiling? 

Profiling, is the automated processing of your personal data, which involves its use to evaluate or predict some of your characteristics, such as preferences, interests, or behavior in order, for example, to tailor the content of advertisements to your individual tastes. The kindmind.pro website does not use profiling systems, and no automated decisions will be made about you. We treat each customer individually.

What rights do you have in connection with the processing of your personal data? 

 In connection with the Administrator’s processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

right to information – we will inform you in a transparent manner, using simple and concise language:

how long we will process your data
how we will profile your data, and that you can object to it
what other rights you have, i.e. the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectification, deletion of data, the right to object, the ability to withdraw consent at any time, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The right of access – you have the right to obtain access to your data that we process. 
The right to erasure (the so-called „right to be forgotten”) – in case:
your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
you have made an effective objection to the processing of your data by the Administrator,
you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing,
the data are processed unlawfully,
the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation. 

In the above cases, the Administrator will delete your personal data when it has no other legal basis for further processing despite your request.  Otherwise, the Administrator will inform you about the further processing of your data and the legal basis and expected period of such processing. 

The right to request rectification (amendment) of your personal data – in case your data is incorrect or incomplete;
The right to request restriction of personal data processing – in case:
you question the accuracy of your personal data,
the processing of your data is unlawful, and you object to the deletion of your data, requesting instead the restriction of processing,
the Administrator no longer needs the data for its purposes, but you need the data to establish, defend or assert claims,
you have objected to data processing – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator override the grounds for the objection;
right to data portability;
The right to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling, when:
there are reasons related to your particular situation and
the data processing is based on the basis of necessity for the purposes arising from the legitimate interest of the Controller referred to in point. II above
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – to the extent that you have given your consent to the processing of personal data and the data are processed by the Administrator on the basis of that consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority – in case you consider that the Administrator’s processing of your personal data violates legal norms.
